The Committee on Veterans Affairs and Homeland Security moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

A BILL to amend and reenact §59-1-2 and §59-1-2a of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to extending waiver of veterans’ initial business registration fees and annual business fees to active-duty military members, veterans and their spouses.
